When and where is HTLS’s annual auction?

In an effort to maintain health and safety, this year’s auction will be again hosted online through GiveSmart. Bidding will open Saturday, April 24th and close Saturday, May 1st.

Are there tickets for the event?

It is 100% free to view items and bid at our online auction. We will be hosting a Countdown to Auction Closing event, “Paint, Pour and Sip” on May 1st. This will be an outdoor event with limited number of tickets available and safety measures in place. More details on this event and how you can purchase tickets will be available in early April.

What type of items will be available for bidding?

We will have both silent auction items to bid on as well as some “Instant Buy” items, class baskets, a virtual wine pull and more!

What will the money raised at the auction be used for?

Money raised at this event will go toward repainting the exterior of the entire Holy Trinity Campus.

How can I contribute?

There are many ways you can help:

  • · Volunteer to contact businesses to donate items.
